A very moving quote from a man named Nelson Mandela. Like Mr. Mandela, we, the people at Pakistan Institute of Rehabilitation and Medical sciences also had a dream. A dream of creating such an institute, that makes a life changing difference for students in the field of Physiotherapy, enhancing their capabilities according to the international standards, and hence, providing them with a better learning opportunity.

I can now say with warranty and pleasure that Pakistan Institute of Rehabilitation and Medical Sciences has created new opportunities for physiotherapy education in Karachi. This could have been impossible without the commitment and efforts put in by the facul-ty staff.

I hope in future that with the dedicated support of our educationists and the enthusiasm of our upcoming generation to new generation we can expand the horizon of PIRMS to various fields of health sciences.
