D-Pharm (Category-B)

Keeping in view the growing demand and job opportunities at national and international level of pharmacy technician and the significance of this profession, PIPHS has decided to undertake this noble task of offering Pharm.D (Category B)/Pharmacy Technician professional diploma which allow the diploma holders to open a Medical store. In this two year diploma course, students are required to study and have training in the subjects of pharmaceutics, hospital pharmacy, dispensing, anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, pharnmacognosy, microbiology and biochemistry.

It is also inform that the education in pharmacy has no meaning without exposure of the students to the working conditions in the field. The practical training is an integral part of pharmacy education. For the purpose of training the students will be regularly visiting/ working at retail pharmacies, hospital and pharmaceutical industries.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The students must has passed Matric with Science subject’s with minimum 45% marks in order to gain admission.
• There is no age limit for admission in this course and students from all age groups are welcomed to apply.
• 70 seats are available on merit basis for Pharm. D (Category B) program.
